Tangy Pumpkin Seeds
My mom used to make these every Halloween after my brothers and I finished gutting and carving our pumpkins. I never thought that eating pumpkin seeds would taste good, but these are quite yummy!!!
Once the seeds have been removed from the pumpkin, rinse them off and spread them out on a fruit sheet.
Place in dehydrator for about an hour. (Or, until seeds are crunchy)
2 TBL vegetable oil
1 TBL soy sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 cups dried sunflower seeds, raw
Mix seeds into a bowl with the above ingredients.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Spread seeds onto a cookie sheet and place in oven for roughly 20min.
