Love my Excalibur 3500

I have a 5 tray excalibur dehydrator: #3500. It has worked great for me for the past 3 years. I like that you can dehydrate foods at a low temperature, so they are still considered raw. It is easy to clean. I have dehydrated fruits and vegetables. I've also made flaw crackers and raw buckwheat cereal. I also purchased the tray liners. If you don't do that, you cant dehydrate smaller things or really wet things - they will fall through the mesh of the trays. I would definitely recommend this model if you want to get started with dehydrating and storing foods. If you are a raw foodist and are going to be using this often, I'd recommend getting the larger 9 tray dehydrator from excalibur.
