Heavenly Tomato Turnovers

This recipe was made by me late one night in my apartment. its simple and easy to make. I eat them all the time.
One ripe tomato
One tea spoon of salt
Half a cup of vinegar
One tea spoon of sugar
Slice the tomato into 1/8 inch slices and set aside.
Combine the tomato slaces, sugar, salt and vinegar together in a bowl.
Let it sit for 24 hours on your counter then put the slices of tomato in your electric food dehydrator for another 24 hours.
