Fowlers Vacola

Hi,
I have a Fowlers Vacola dehydrator (Australian Brand) and am loving it. It is a round vertical heating type design. I am finding no problem with uneven drying or food mixing problems. So what's so good about the box designs? Does it dry foods better or sooner? Why should I spend all that extra money when I feel perfectly satisfied? Are people merely complaining or pointing out design advantages that aren't significant or have any real world impact?

I have a fowlers vacola, and the expandable trays are excellent - though the origional box only comes with a few, so 'they get your $$$$ with the extra trays'.
Have used it for tomatoes and rhubarb so far (due to a bumper crop!), and the Fowlers Vacola did the work but in slightly more time than the instruction manual. A negative is that Fowlers Vacola dont have a web-site, which would be nice to get there products directly without having the go through a vandor that takes a cut in the $.
