The American/Nesco Dehydrator is a big powerful tool for food dehydration. This is the ultimate food dehydrator. I am able to prepare meals or snacks for my family within a reasonable amount of time with little preparation. I definitely recommend this machine to anyone who tends to utilize their food dehydrator often.

I considered a square one when shopping and decided this one looked better. The Excaliburs simply don't look very nice to me, but this 1018 belongs on my kitchen counter. Extra points for a nice looking design.
